First Post!

Jan 1-3
In typical Katie fashion, I screw up in week 1! But while it may be Jan 4 in this time zone, it's still the 3rd in Seattle, so we're gonna say it counts.
Jan 1: 25 min horseback riding- flatwork
Jan 2: 30 min jogging & hiking- extreme terrain
Jan 3rd: 30 min dressage- no stirrups

Definitely need to up the exercise load, and stretch more, but I'm still on holiday for a few more hours!
